Q: Do you have a return/exchange policy?

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons. (e.g., wrong order, the product feels different from the image, etc.)
  2. If the reason is the shape of the product's outer box, the product is not eligible for exchange or return.
  3. If you wish to return a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If we confirm the contents of your inquiry and determine that the product is faulty, you must return it within 10 days of such determination.
  4. We will only accept one-sided returns or returns of merchandise with prior notification.
  5. We will bear the return shipping costs only in the case of defective products or returns due to our fault.
