Shipping Policy | Kakuri
Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery destination and the total weight of the package. We are unable to deliver to some destinations.
All items are securely packaged and shipped via DHL within 2–5 business days after receiving your order. After the shipment is completed, delivery will take approximately 7–14 days (varies depending on the destination).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped within 2–5 business days, calculated from the next business day. The delivery date cannot be specified.
Customs & Taxes
The amount of customs duty and consumption tax is not fixed at the time of order but will be fixed at the time of customs clearance. We are not responsible for customs duties, import tax charges, or other fees.
We do not accept cancellations after we have made arrangements to ship the product.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. If the product has been used,
2. At the customer's convenience. (e.g., wrong order, wrong feeling, etc.),
3. Damage to the product's outer box. We outsource the shipping of our products to delivery companies. Therefore, we do not accept inquiries regarding damage to products during shipping. Please contact the delivery company for any damage to packing materials or crushed boxes.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the defective product and return it to us within 10 days of our reply. We will not accept any one-sided return of merchandise without prior notification.
Return Shipping Cost
We will bear the return shipping cost only in the case of defective products or returns due to our fault.
If you are absent for an extended period or refuse to pick up your parcel and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the return shipping and handling. In addition, we will not be able to resend the returned parcel.
